Return Policy

Ommik team cares about our customers’ satisfaction. Therefore if you decide that the product you purchased didn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. Ommik team will examine the returned product and will approve the refund only if the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original order number. Please, read this Return Policy thoroughly to understand our terms.

To return or exchange a product, please send us a message using our contact form. You’ll need to have your order number and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. After validating your purchase, we will mail you the address, where you can send the products back.

Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price upon arrival at our address.

30 days after the purchase, we are not accepting refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Policy of surprise boxes

Unfortunately, surprise boxes are exempt from being returned and cannot be refunded.

Return policy of other items & partial returns

The order can be partially refunded if

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • Items purchased without prior approval for use in commercial photo shoots or settings will not be refunded;
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.


To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we will provide after validating your request. You must clearly mark the box with the word ‘Returns‘.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please, consider using DHL service and a tracking number when sending your returns.
